As of Jan 1, 2020, we no longer offer technical support services.  This is due to an increase of scams (we want to ensure that users go through official channels).  We’d recommend official technical support channels for each supplier.

If you receive a call from Apple or Microsoft, unless you directly requested a call-back, ignore it or call them back at their official number listed on their website.  They can verify the authenticity of the call.
