Section I, Prerequisites:
We at ZPU Systems™ do want our information exposed, so we do not want yours exposed. We do not store any personal information unless you submit a comment, register, or contact us. We define personal information as any information that could be interpreted by your IP address. This includes your IP address, country, state, time zone, host, physical address, and computer data. We do, technically, have access to your personal information, but we will NEVER store it, unless it complies with the previously stated conditions (hereby referred to as “prerequisites”). If one or more of the “prerequisites” is complied with, age does not matter because age is not collected. We will not sell, give out, transfer, and/or exchange your personal information to anyone (including our partners). If needed, it will only be accessed by ZPU Systems™ employees for a particular purpose. These employees would have to have direct access through an administrator and the only real purpose that we would use would be to block your IP address from our site (and that would only be done if you spam us). In other words, if you do not spam us and we are not using it for a brief period of time (spam checks, etc.), we will probably will not use any information even within ZPU Systems™.
Section 2, Security:
ZPU Systems™ is devoted to making your computer faster and safer and not less secure. We do not take payments of any sort on our site, but we accept payments from secure partners like PayPal. All of our forms on the site are very secure. With all of the security features we have implemented, we can assure you that the risks of your personal info being compromised are slim to none.
Section 3, Updates:
Updates on the site will be performed on an irregular basis. When we need an update, we will administer an update. Rest assured, none of your personal info will be compromised during the updates. If we update the Privacy Policy, we will create a blog post to notify you and we will send out a ZPU Systems™ email from our newsletter declaring that we have updated the Privacy Policy.
